This online help system has been specially designed to provide just-in-time, 24/7, self-help, problem solving, and learning resources for the Juniata College community. To search on specific topics, use the search box in the upper right. Categories of topics can be found by using the links in the column on the left.
Answers to technology questions can also be found by contacting the Help Desk. The Help Desk is staffed weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Limited weekend and evening telephone support is provided by student staff members. The Help Desk can be contacted at extension 3619 (814-641-3619 if you're off campus) or help@juniata.edu.
Additionally, TLT staff provide training and consult with faculty, staff, and students on the uses of technology in academic and administrative functions. The training class schedule can be found at https://secureweb.juniata.edu/training_sessions/.
TLT is open every day of the academic year with the exception of regular college breaks.
Hours are:
* Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. to midnight
* Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
* Saturday, noon to 5 p.m.
* Sunday, noon to midnight
