Several Juniata students attended one of the, “Study Smarter Not Harder Workshop,” events on Wednesday in Founders Hall. The session, one of a series which has been ongoing throughout the academic year, covered exam preparation.

The sessions are organized and run by Jennifer DeConde Borgardt. Borgardt is an academic coach for the school.

Topics included in the session were time management, studying techniques and memory exercises.

“You can’t really start too early with this stuff,” said Nik Hilbert, a sophomore from Orwigsburg, Pa. “I mean, there are really only a couple of months left in the semester.” Hilbert is studying physics and has a lot of exams this semester. “I want to feel prepared,” he said.

This is an ongoing workshop. The announcement for the next event in the “Study Smarter Not Harder” series can be found in the daily announcements.
