Walk to End Alzheimer’s
with the Central PA Juniata Club
Every 68 seconds, someone in America develops Alzheimer’s Disease. This startling statistic, among many others, is one of the reasons to join the fight. Support the Alzheimer’s Association by joining the Friends & Alumni of Juniata College Team and hundreds of walkers by raising funds, sharing support, and bringing awareness to end Alzheimer’s Disease. September is World Alzheimer’s Month, and the Harrisburg walk takes place on September 21st. Please join together with us to share strength and hope to see the end of Alzheimer’s Disease.

10:30 a.m. – Walk begins
Instructions on where to meet the Juniata team will be given to walkers before the day of the event.
There is no cost or minimum amount to raise in order to participate. However, walkers do raise much-needed funds to help the Alzheimer’s Association to save lives and support the families and caretakers of those with Alzheimer’s. Each walker is encouraged to raise at least $25 or set an even higher goal. People who can't make a donation or who aren't able to ask others to contribute are encouraged to come out and show support by walking.
