Juniata Luncheon at the COB Annual Conference
You're invited to gather for a Juniata College Luncheon during the Church of the Brethren Annual Conference in Charlotte, NC. Hosted by the Church-College Relations Council (CCRC), this event is open to all local alumni, parents, family and friends of the College, in addition to conference attendees. Following lunch, the CCRC will present its Church-College Service Awards and introduce Juniata’s new president.
James Troha has been named the 12th president of Juniata by the Board of Trustees. He began his official duties following Juniata’s 135th Commencement in May. Troha comes to Juniata after a successful executive career at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio, where he served in the roles of vice president for student affairs, vice president for enrollment, and interim president. He is a graduate of Edinboro University, where he also earned a master’s degree in counseling. He went on to complete a doctorate in educational policy and leadership at the University of Kansas. The Juniata and Huntingdon communities welcome Jim, his wife Jennifer and their three children.
