Members of the JC-DC Alumni Club gathered on Sunday, April 30, at J. Gilbert's
in McLean, VA, for a May Day brunch. It marked the third year that the group
has carried on this beloved Juniata tradition.
Juniata women were joined by spouses, family and friends. Pictured in the second photo are (from left to right) Jodie (Monger) Gray '88, Michelle (Sam) Gruessing '92 - only one month from welcoming her first child, Aliceann Wohlbruck '58, MaryBeth Emmons '76 and Tina Williamson '97.
The 2005 JC-DC May Day Queen, Jodie (Monger) Gray '88, passed the coveted purple plastic crown (with a fake fur accent) to 2006 JC-DC May Day Queen Aliceann Wohlbruck '58. Aliceann has fulfilled a lifelong dream to be the May Day Queen. Congratulations!
Special thanks to Jodie (Monger) Gray '88 for fulfilling her queenly duties as host for this event. Queen Wohlbruck and her court invite you to join them next year as they celebrate with friends and crown the next Queen of the May.
