The 24 elected members of the Alumni Council consist of the President, Vice President, Immediate Past President, three alumni representatives to the Board of Trustees, and 18 members-at-large (three year term).

Ex-officio members (non-voting) include:

• Student representatives (Student Alumni Association Representative, Student Government President, Juniata Activities Board President, Senior Class President)
• Faculty representative(s)
• President of the College and his/her designates
• Alumni Relations staff
• Former Presidents of the Alumni Association
