Registration Information
Stop by Registration in the lobby of Ellis Hall to pick up your name tag, pre-ordered meal tickets, and the schedule of events with updated times and locations. The schedule of events page can be referenced during Alumni Weekend for final event details.

Parking and Campus Map
Plan your trip by reviewing the campus map. When arriving on campus, look for Event Parking signs to be directed to several campus lots. The lots near East Houses along College Avenue are often overlooked and are a short walk to the center of campus. Handicap parking is available in many locations, including along 17th Street, near Ellis Hall, and in the circle of von Liebig Center for Science.

RV and Camper Parking
There are limited parking spaces available on-campus for RVs and campers. There are eight spots with no hook-up and two spots with water and electric hook-up. You may reserve a parking space on a first-come, first-served basis by contacting Lorri Panaia, Director of Events & New Business Development, at lwp100@juniata.edu.

On-Campus Housing
Guests who registered for on-campus lodging will stay in Nathan Hall or East Houses. Nathan Hall rooms are furnished with one single bed. East Houses suites are furnished with two single beds per room and four rooms per suite. Linens are not provided. We recommend bringing along twin extra-long or full sheets, pillows, and blankets. Don't forget towels, toiletries, and any other items to increase your comfort. It is important to note that these are residence hall rooms and do not have the same amenities of a traditional hotel room. Check-out time on Sunday is 9 a.m., and all room keys should be returned to the receptacles at Registration in Ellis Hall before leaving campus.

Animal Policy
Students, faculty, staff, and visitors who bring their pets on campus grounds are asked to follow all borough and campus policies relating to animals and pets. In particular, pets must be leashed, harnessed, or contained in a carrier at all times on campus grounds. No animals, with the exception of clearly identified service animals, are permitted in any of our campus buildings, in certain outdoor facilities, or at events where food or beverages are served, such as the Picnic on the Quad and Class Reunion Events.

For the most part, recommended dress for the weekend is casual. Friday’s All Class Dinner and Saturday’s Reunion Gatherings tend to be dressier, often leaning toward “smart casual” in attire.

Hospitality Lounges
Classmates, fellow Juniatians, and guests are invited to gather in casual hospitality lounges sponsored by various reunion committees. When not attending other events, come to relax, enjoy the displays and memorabilia.
