Why study Anthropology at Juniata College?

As an anthropology POE, you will engage life beyond Juniata's gates with curiosity and an appreciation of subtle relational processes binding cultures and societies together, exploring diverse cultural perspectives as a way to be prepared for the rapidly changing and globalizing world. Through the core curriculum and the capstone research project, you will enjoy close collaboration with faculty and other students, while building a strong academic resume for graduate school or other possible careers. Create your own, individualized POE that builds on the strengths of many programs and opportunities, such as study abroad, the Remote Field Course, and classes in other academic disciplines.
