Equipment

The field station is well equipped for educational activities. Students and faculty utilize resources for aquatic and terrestrial research. We have vehicles, powered and non-powered watercraft (with a private dock).The station is outfitted with aquatic and terrestrial sampling gear and analysis apparatus, including portable water analysis kits, aquatic samplers, live traps, electrofishing gear, deer exclosures, forestry gear and a variety of other research and educational tools. We even have our own sugar shack!
