Information Technology with a secondary emphasis in Business ManagementAs Brianna Watt '16 toured Google’s massive headquarters in Mountain View, CA while attending a Women in STEM conference, she considered it a long shot to land a job at one of the hottest companies around. “A recruiter reached out to me for an interview. I couldn't believe it,” recalls Brianna, whose POE was IT with a secondary in business management. Brianna landed a position in the company's IT Residency Program, among just 10% of applicants accepted. How’d she do it? Part of her success included her experience as a Juniata Associate in the College’s Technology Solutions Center, where she gained advanced IT skills and management experience.

Intern on-campus or with businesses and corporations like NBC, Hershey Entertainment, Kish Bank, or a variety of state agencies. Or, help operate the campus technology service for hands-on experience in tech support, research and development, and training.

Juniata recently created an Integrated Media Arts Program of Emphasis (POE) that combines several aspects of art, communication, and more with IT to prepare students for careers in marketing, filmmaking, website development, and beyond.
