HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Juniata College will celebrate the official end of its Uncommon Outcomes campaign with celebratory hors 'deouvres and refreshments starting at 5:30 p.m., and followed by a fireworks display at 7:30, on Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Celebration tent on the Juniata campus quadrangle.
"We would like to invite all our friends from Huntingdon and surrounding communities to help us celebrate the outcome of a capital campaign that succeeded beyond our dreams," says Juniata President Thomas Kepple.
The reception, with hors d'oeuvres and refreshments (including water and soft drinks) is free and open to the public, as is the fireworks celebration.
The food and refreshments will be served in the celebration canopy. All members of the community are invited, as are Juniata's students, faculty and staff.
The fireworks display starts at 7:30 p.m. and will last approximately 30 minutes.
The show is produced by Zambelli Fireworks Internationale, based in New Castle, Pa. The company produces more than 3,500 fireworks shows every year.
