HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Goat Boy, Joe Pesci and the lead singer of AC/DC all will be heard at Juniata College through the talents of comedian and former "Saturday Night Live" performer Jim Breuer at 8 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 25 in Rosenberger Auditorium in Oller Hall on the Juniata campus.

Tickets are $10 for Juniata students with a college I.D. and $15 for all others. Tickets can be purchased with cash, checks or credit cards from 8 a.m. to midnight Monday through Saturday and from noon to midnight on Sunday at the Information Desk at Ellis College Center on the Juniata campus. To charge by phone, please call (814) 641-3000.

Jim Breuer, currently traveling on his national "Lighten Up Tour," is perhaps best known for "Goat Boy," the original character he created on "Saturday Night Live." The comedian was a cast member on the NBC weekend show from 1995 to 1997. During his stint on the show Breuer also is remembered for his impression of Joe Pesci, the diminutive actor noted for his portrayals of Mob psychotics. Breuer also created the character Gunnar Olson, the host of a segment called "Heavy Metal News."

Breuer's stand-up routines often mine humor from the world of heavy metal and rock 'n' roll. In fact, Breuer will perform on Juniata's stage with his own rock band. One of the staples of his act is an impression of AC/DC lead singer Brian Johnson singing "The Hokey Pokey." He has had two specials on the cable channel Comedy Central, "Hardcore" and "Heavy Metal Comedy," both available on DVD. He also released a live album called "Smoke and Breu."

Before signing on with "SNL," Breuer was a regular performer on the syndicated TV show "Uptown Comedy Club" and later hosted his own show on MTV, "The Jim Breuer Show."

Breuer has appeared periodically in movies, including roles in "Half-Baked," "Dick," a well-reviewed parody of the Watergate scandal, and as a voice talent for the animated feature "Titan, A.E."

He has been a guest on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien' and "Late Show," hosted by David Letterman, and has appeared on MTV's "Total Request Live" and Comedy Central's "The Daily Show."
