Living Learning Communities

Juniata College offers students the opportunity to live in a close-knit community of peers with similar interests through its Living Learning Communities (LLCs). These communities, such as EcoHouse, Global Village, Lavender Community, and Diaspora House, provide a safe and inclusive space for students to live and learn together. At Juniata, LLCs align with the college's commitment to holistic learning, ensuring that students are successful not just academically, but in all aspects of their college experience. Through participation in LLCs, students can build strong relationships with fellow residents and faculty members, engage in educational and social activities, and develop their personal and social skills, all while residing in college housing.
