Juniata continues to deepen its commitment to fostering a campus community grounded in respect, dialogue, and shared responsibility. Through programming, partnerships, and daily work across campus, we are expanding opportunities for participation and dialogue for all Juniatians.

The Office of Access, Opportunity, and Leadership Development is centered on creating a campus where all people are respected, supported, and able to thrive by supporting community-building and leadership development across campus.

Programming is designed to address differences in perspective, strengthen constructive dialogue across differences, and invite broad participation. This work is reflected academically and programmatically through our partnerships with the College Debates and Discourse Alliance and Braver Angels, which began in 2023 and continues to shape dialogue and engagement on campus.

We are dedicated to fostering meaningful connections, inspiring leadership, and creating opportunities for all Juniatians to grow, contribute, and make a lasting impact on campus and beyond.
