- 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. : Full-Field Scrimmages
- 12 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. : Break and Campus Tour
- 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. : Dynamic Warm-Up and JCMS Training Exercises
- 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. : Full Field Scrimmage
- 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. : Cool Down and Stretching
- 4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. : College Talk
