  • 8:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. Check-in
  • 9 a.m. - 9:10 a.m. Coach Christopher and Coach Garlock Comments for the day
  • 9:10 a.m. - 9:20 a.m. Stretching in your groups
  • 9:20 a.m. - 9:55 a.m. First Rotation (pitching, hitting, or fielding)
  • 10 a.m. - 10:35 a.m. Second Rotation (pitching, hitting or fielding)
  • 10:40 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. Third Rotation (pitching, hitting or fielding)
  • 11:15 a.m. - 12 p.m. Modified Game
  • 12 p.m. Pick up
