Support Staff: As of 9/1/18, wages paid on payday reflect payment of hours worked in arrears. For full-time support staff employees, previously paid until actual pay date (current), an adjustment deducting the week of advance pay will be processed during the final payroll upon ceasing employment at Juniata College.
Students: Our approval window allows one week for employees and supervisors to make edits to and approve time cards. Students should approve time cards by Tuesday following end of pay period, leaving supervisors the correction/approval window of Wednesday through Friday.
