HUNTINGDON, Pa. - The Juniata College women\'s swimming team got back in the win column in convincing fashion as the Eagles earned a 113.5-86.5 victory over MAC foe Susquehanna in dual meet action in Huntingdon Wednesday evening. Juniata improved its dual meet record to 4-6 and 3-3 in MAC meets, while the Crusaders are now 2-6 overall and 2-4 in the conference. The Juniata 200 medley relay team of Amy Sutherland (Norwich/Norwich, N.Y.), Carlie Zoubek (Paul IV/Burke, Va.), Kristin Musselman (Central Columbia/Bloomsburg) and Kelly McErlean (Eastern/Voorhees, N.J.) got the team started with a win in the first event, and the Eagles rolled from their as the team posted first-place finishes in all but one of the individual events. Musselman had a pair of first-place efforts on the day for Juniata as she touched the wall first in the 200 freestyle and then added a first-place effort in the 100 butterfly. Colleen Cribbs (Fort Washington/Fort Washington, Md.) was behind her in second place in the 100 fly and also recorded a victory in the 50 freestyle. Kasey Brough (Carlisle/Gardners) posted a lifetime best swim in the 800 freestyle which was good for a first-place finish and was also first in the 400 freestyle on the day. Rachel Almy (Foxcroft Academy/Charleston, Maine) was second behind Brough in the 800 free and earned a victory of her own in the 100 freestyle. Sutherland added to Juniata\'s first-place finishes by touching the wall first in the 400 IM, and also earned a second-place finish in the 400 freestyle. Rounding out the first-place efforts was Collin Thompson (Altoona/Altoona) who placed first in the 100 backstroke. Zoubek was second in that event and also added a runner-up finish in the 400 IM. Juniata will compete in its final home meet of the season on Saturday when the Eagles host MAC foe Elizabethtown. ###
