GLASSBORO, N.J. -- The Juniata College field hockey team completed a two-game sweep of their New Jersey road trip, downing Richard Stockton College 6-0, Sunday afternoon at Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J. Michelle Campbell (Annville, Pa./Northern Lebanon) scored all the offense Juniata would need with her unassisted goal with 14:02 left in the first half. Kim Wagner (Middletown, Pa./Middletown) bumped the Eagle lead to 2-0 before halftime, with an unassisted goal of her own with 4:46 remaining in the opening half. Wagner added another goal in the second half and assisted on two others. Adding single goals in the second half where Leslie Stern (Felton, Pa./Red Lion), Heather Hassinger (Middleburg, Pa./Middleburg), and Sarah Blake (Brunswick, Maine/Brunswick). Junior Abby Funk (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg) and Denalyn Spratt (Haddon Heights, N.J./Haddon Heights) shared goaltending duties, combining for two saves on the day. Juniata outshot Richard Stockton 26-8, and held a 10-3 advantage in penalty corners. The Eagles return to action on Thursday, Sept.20, when they face York College. -30-
