HUNTINGDON, Pa. - For the second consecutive year, senior guard Jeff Berkey (Stoystown, Pa. / Shanksville-Stonycreek) has earned a position on the All-Landmark Conference team for men's basketball, which was announced Tuesday.

Berkey, a two-time second team honoree, led the team in scoring (13.0 ppg), field goals made (109), three-point field goals made (67), three-point percentage (.419), free-throw percentage (.911), and steals (25). He also pulled down 4.1 rebounds per contest, while starting all 25 games for the Eagles.

Berkey led the team in scoring in nine games this season, including a season high 24 points against Washington and Jefferson College on December 20.

He was named the Landmark Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week, for the week ending December 20, 2009. He knocked down a career best seven treys, as he went 7-15 from the field.

Nationally, Berkey ranks 19th in three-point field goal percentage as well as 46th in three-point field goals per game (2.7).

He finishes his career with the Eagles scoring 9.7 points per game, 158 three-point field goals made, and a .394 three-point field goal percentage.

Juniata finished 9-16 overall, 4-10 in the Landmark Conference, finishing in sixth place in the conference standings.
