HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Juniata College head men's volleyball coach Jeremy Price has resigned his position at Juniata to accept the head men's volleyball coaching job at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Ariz. Grand Canyon athletic director Keith Baker made the announcement Wednesday.

Price posted a 54-45 record over his four years on College Hill, guiding the Eagles to Molten Division III Invitational titles in 2007 and 2009. His 2009 squad finished with an 18-8 record, and reached the championship match of the EIVA Tournament - getting closer than any Division III program had ever come to qualifying for the NCAA National Collegiate Men's Volleyball Championship - before falling to Penn State in three sets.

Price arrived at Juniata prior to the 2006-07 year, after coaching the Goucher College women's volleyball team for two seasons. He also coached the men's club team at the United States Naval Academy from 2000 to 2005.

A national search is already underway for Price's replacement.
