LEWISBURG, Pa. -- Juniata College junior Ceth Parker (Sabillasville, Md./Catoctin) ran to an eighth place finish while freshman Katrina Woods (Shirleysburg, Pa./Mount Union) was 17th at the Bucknell Opener cross country meet on Saturday morning.

Parker posted a time of 15:12 on the three-mile course, while Steven Schmitt (New Providence, Pa./Solanco) was 25th with a mark of 15:40. Nik Klena (Franklin, Pa./Oil City) was not far behind in 28th place, recording a time of 15:45.

In the women's race, Woods' time of 18:39 kept her in the top 20 of the meet. Sophomore Caroline Morgan (Havertown, Pa./Haverford Township) was 36th with a mark of 19:35, while Megan McQuillan (Severna Park, Md./Seton Keough) was 37th in a time of 19:35.

Juniata will travel to Columbus, Ohio, next Saturday to compete in the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational.
