MORRISTOWN, N.J. -- Juniata College women's soccer experienced an almost identical match to its regular season visit to Drew University, with newcomer Alicia Snyder (Jonestown, Pa./Northern Lebanon) scoring the lone goal again and the Rangers sealing the Landmark Conference semifinal game, 3-1, Wednesday afternoon at Ranger Stadium.

Juniata held Drew until the 27th minute when Emily Weida scored off an assist from Liz Loiodice. Snyder reacted to tie the match up 1-1 before the end of the first half.

Drew's Michelle Malone scored off of a corner kick in the 48th minute to put the Rangers up 2-1 in the start of the first half. Loiodice had a goal of her own in the 83rd minute to secure the win off an assist by Bridget McRory.

Drew outshot Juniata, 11-6, and the corner kicks were a dead even 3-3.

Lauren Auster-Gussman (Lancaster, Pa./Lancaster Country Day) defended the goal for Juniata and made three saves, yet was charged with all three goals allowed. Kim Jaikisson made three saves for Drew and allowed Snyder's goal.

Drew will go on to play in the Landmark Conference Championship this Saturday, Nov. 6, against the winner of the Moravian College versus the University of Scranton game.
