LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- Juniata College freshman Kathryn Viola (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks East) paced women's swimming with two first place finishes against Lock Haven University on Saturday at Zimmerli Pool, yet the Eagles fell short of the Lady Eagles 67-52.

Viola kicked off the meet with a time of 1:07.52 in the 100 Backstroke to gain first place and her first nine points of the day. She also notched first in the 200 Breaststroke in 2:45.10 to grab first again and another nine points.

Kelsey Miles (Huntingdon, Pa./Huntingdon Area) and Falon Snyder (Walnutport, Pa./Allentown Central Catholic) each found first place finishes as well. Miles completed the 100 Freestyle in 1:00.17 to gain nine points, while Snyder won the 200 Backstroke in 2:22.77.

Juniata will compete next on Friday, Jan. 21, at Drew University with Susquehanna University scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
