HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- Juniata College men's volleyball was bumped to fifth place in this week's AVCA Division III Top 15 Coaches Poll, after a loss to last week's fourth ranked, Springfield University and a win against Harvard University over the weekend.

Fifth-ranked Juniata (11-6, 4-0 EIVA Hay) garnered 180 points in the voting, yet was moved from last week's top spot when they were tied with Nazareth College with 217 points. Springfield (4-10) finished with 222 points and received seven first-place votes in the balloting.

Nazareth College (16-3) was second with 216 points, followed by Stevens (12-3) with 201 points and UC Santa Cruz (4-6) with 196 points.

Philadelphia Biblical (12-2), NYU (8-4), Rivier (19-6), Baruch (15-9), Carthage (9-8) round out the top ten, while MIT (16-4), Medaille (13-5), Emmanuel (18-4), MSOE (4-7), Suny New Paltz (9-9) complete the Top 15.

Juniata fell to Springfield on Friday, Feb. 18, in three sets, yet bounced back against Harvard to win in three on Saturday. The Eagles travel to play three games in three days starting on Friday, Feb. 25 versus Loyola College in Chicago, Ill. On Saturday Juniata will face Lewis University in Romeoville, Ill., and will finish off the trip at Ohio State on Sunday.
