After graduating in 2016, she joined the defense contracting industry, where she quickly rose to become a Software Engineer on the test team. During her years in the industry, she contributed significantly to multiple million-dollar projects, demonstrating technical proficiency and leadership. As a Scrum Master (Scrum Certification) for two large teams, she was pivotal in project management, ensuring efficient collaboration and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
In pursuit of further expertise, Dr. Elainea Neville earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Web Application Development from Boston University. This academic endeavor broadened her knowledge base and enhanced their skills, laying the groundwork for a holistic understanding of computer science. In the fall of 2021, she returned to their alma mater, Juniata College, as a Computer Science and Information Technology Instructor.
