Darwin Kysor has over 25 years of experience in higher education and has been a member
of the professional staff at Juniata College since 1996, currently serving as Director
of Career Development. Previously, he was the Coordinator of Job Placement & Cooperative
Education at Harford Community College in MD and the Cooperative Education Coordinator/Career
Counselor at Georgia Southern University in GA.
Darwin graduated with a B.A. and M.A. from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and
a Ph.D. in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University. He
has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2002 and in 2007 was selected as
a Fulbright Scholar in the U.S. – Germany International Education Administrators Program.
He is also a National Certified Counselor.
Professionally, Darwin is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers,
National Career Development Association, Pennsylvania Association of College and Employers,
American Association for Employment in Education, and the Eastern Association of Colleges
and Employers. On campus, Darwin has served on the Health Professions Committee, the
Budget Committee, the Internship Committee, and the Middle States Accreditation Committee.
In the community, he is an active member of the Huntingdon Community Center Board
of Directors and the Huntingdon Rotary Club.

Tammy Stuber presently serves as the Assistant Director of Career Development. Previously,
she had served as the department's Administrative Coordinator, a position she held
since December 2011, before being promoted to her current position in August 2013.
Tammy has a professional background in social work. She earned a bachelor’s degree
from Longwood College. During her senior year, she interned with the Loudoun County
Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Service Unit as a Juvenile Probation Officer.
Upon graduation, she was hired at the Court Service Unit as a result of her work in
helping to write a grant to develop an electronic monitoring home incarceration program.
Tammy has also worked for the American Cancer Society and the March of Dimes.
Tammy and her husband, Charles, have lived in Huntingdon since 1997. They have three
children: Rachel, Ashley, and Brandon.
