Part-Time Counselor

Angel Jackson is a new counselor to Juniata this year and excited to join our team. She has her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has years of experience working in the counseling field. She works from a systemic approach. Angel uses multiple approaches to counseling, including but not limited to, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. She believes each person is unique in their own ways and supports helping clients build their self-love, positive and healthy relationships and helping overcome the day to day struggles they are facing. Some of Angel’s personal interests includes art, music, nature and riding motorcycles. She can be found often spending time with her husband and 6 children.
