The Raystown Field Station (RFS) is available for education, research and recreational rentals including meetings, retreats, and alumni activities. Because of its remote location on land leased from the Army Corps of Engineers, several safety, communication and clean-up policies differ from those of other campus facilities.
How to Make a Facilities Reservation
Juniata students and employees use the Events Scheduler on the Arch (the Raystown Campus is near the bottom of the locations list).

Additional Rental Information
Because of RFS's academic mission, we reserve the right to cancel recreational rentals up to a month before the event if there is an academic request. Events that require significant planning and long distance travel of participants (such as a family reunion) are not subject to this policy. We also reserve the right to cancel rentals when bad weather occurs (see FAQs).
Cancellations should be made 24-hours in advance, otherwise we reserve the right to bill for the rental. There is no charge for cancellations due to weather. To keep prices low, all users are expected to clean-up after themselves. Cleaning and set-up services can be provided for an extra fee.
