I currently serve as the Grants Compliance Coordinator, who guides faculty/staff awardees through all aspects of the post-award process by creating and updating memo of acceptances, updating spending reports and financial oversite, reviewing grant for Responsible Conduct in Research components, reporting reminders, and file management.
My other roles at Juniata College include Director of the Science Outreach department where I manage outreach programs (i.e., Science in Motion, Summer Science Camp, etc.) supervising five staff members, as well as approximately 15 undergraduates per semester. I am also an instructor for the Environmental Science and Studies Department, and teach their freshmen introductory courses. When I’m not working you can find me outside walking with my dogs, cooking or gardening.
