During your stay at Juniata College, you will live in one of the residence halls with another Juniata student. The Center for International Education works with the Residence Life staff to match each international student with an American student, but sometimes this may not be possible. One great option we have available is our Global Village living and learning communities. Learn more about the Global Village here. Visit Juniata’s Residential Life web site for more information about life in the residence halls.
Meals are served in the Baker Refectory with a wide variety of choices at each meal (ranging from hamburgers, to salads, to vegetarian cuisine.) You will also have the option of eating your lunch and dinner during the week in Eagle's Landin. Other campus eateries are Jitters, located in the Von Liebig Center for the Sciences, Simply to Go, located in the Brumbaugh Academic Center, and Brewed Awakeningd, located in Beeghly Library.
A guide to dining on and off campus is available here.
Students who live in the residence halls must choose a meal plan. Each residence hall has a kitchen that is available for students to use, but the kitchens are not equipped for daily meal preparation. Some exchange students are limited to specific meal plan options due to exchange financial arrangements.
