Gifts of Remembrance in the event of a death of Trustees, employees and students, spouses, children or parents of trustees and employees are determined by Human Resources. At no time, should an individual or department purchase such gifts with College Funds.

Gifts of Appreciation and/or in remembrance of birthdays or special occasions should never be purchased with College Funds.

If a group of persons or a department wishes to purchase such tributes, it should be handled personally and not run through the College books and not at the expense of the College.

Special circumstances and exceptions to this policy must be approved by the President’s Office.
