Campus Residence Halls

Limited on-campus residence hall accommodations are available during Alumni Weekend in Nathan Hall and East Houses. You can reserve on-campus housing through Alumni Weekend registration. One-person occupancy, air-conditioned rooms are available in Nathan Hall for $75/night. Eight-person occupancy, air-conditioned suites are available in East Houses for $465/night.

Check-in/Check-out: Pick up room keys at Registration in Ellis Hall when checking in for the weekend. Check-out by Sunday at 9 a.m. by placing room keys in the receptacles at Registration before leaving campus. Please note, there is another group checking in Sunday afternoon, so please adhere to the 9 a.m. check-out time.

Room Set-up: Nathan Hall rooms are single occupancy with one single bed per room and shared hall bathrooms. East suites are eight-person occupancy with two single beds per room, four rooms per suite, and one shared bathroom per suite.

Accessibility: Nathan Hall is approximately a 5-minute walk from the center of campus. The building and parking lot are handicap accessible. East Houses are approximately an 8-minute walk from the center of campus. The building and parking lots are not handicap accessible. If you have mobility-related concerns or questions, please contact the Alumni Office at or 814-641-3443.

Linens: Guests staying on campus will need to provide their own linens. For the bed, we recommend twin extra-long or full sheets, blankets, and pillow. Some guests may be more comfortable with a cushioned mattress topper. Don’t forget to pack bath towels and toiletries. Please note, these are residence hall rooms and do not have the same amenities as a hotel room.

Air Conditioning: Nathan Hall rooms are air-conditioned with central air. East suites are air-conditioned with in-room splits. To increase comfort, we recommend guests bring layers and an extra blanket. The AC systems work best when all windows are closed.

Breakfast: The buffet breakfast at Baker Refectory is not included with on-campus housing. You may purchase breakfast tickets through online registration.

Price: $75/night or $465/night

East Houses: Only one person in your housing group should reserve and pay for a suite. If you are the person registering for the suite, list those who will be sharing the suite with you so they can be provided with a key at Registration.
