How do I start a new RSO (Registered Student Organization)?
- Does something similar already exist? − If YES, have you tried to talk to that current RSO (Registered Student Organization) yet to combine forces? If you haven’t talked to them yet you should try. To get a full list of existing clubs and club presidents go to the Student Activities folder on the P:drive then RSO Information, RSO Lists, then open the document titled Registered Student Organizations 2015-2016. − If NO, Proceed to Step 2.
- Do you have 10+ students who would be members? − If YES, Proceed to Step 3. − If NO, Spread the word and see if you can gain 10 potential members for your new RSO.
- Now you can fill out the New RSO Application Form! − The forms can be found on the Student Activities website at www.juniata.edu/services/SECA. Then, click on the Forms link under the Information section and submit your forms online. If you follow these directions, you should soon be able to start planning your club meetings, events, and more for your new RSO!

What do I need to do to go on a trip?
Once your information has been received and reviewed, the Director of Student Activities will be in contact with you to set up a meeting to discuss your trip in more detail. After this meeting and final approval is given, you can then contact Facilities Services to reserve a college vehicle for your trip. The same procedures need to be followed when renting a car through Enterprise. You must be an approved college driver to rent a vehicle through the college and/or Enterprise.
