Joined Juniata Staff in 2026

Kaelonni grew up in the south-central Pennsylvania area and is a 2026 graduate of Juniata College. As a student, she studied Strategic Communication, with secondaries in English and Women and Gender Studies. When not in the classroom, she spent her time outside on the quad with friends, in Statton Learning Commons writing papers, or the Communication lounge for teatime. She took on many opportunities such as campus jobs (campus tour guide or tutoring at the Writing and Speech Center.) Along with this, she has also conducted summer research on ethnography and communities’ reaction to controversy (the Old Crow Wetlands was a main focus), and studied abroad in Brno, Czech Republic, where she also interned at GIC NORA, a gender information center focusing on education, researching, and presenting information on gender equality.

Outside of work, you may find Kaelonni reading, traveling with her partner and friends, spending time with her family and cats, or watching niche YouTube documentaries and videos. She loves listening to music, writing, and finding new music to obsess over.  She is excited to be back at Juniata, and guide students through their journey of the college hunt.
