Jonathan is an ‘08 graduate of Juniata and has been working as a member of the staff in the Glaeser Center for Counseling Services since 2015. After beginning a career as a geologist, Jonathan pursued an M.A. from Immaculata University in Counseling Psychology and spent several years working in residential treatment for individuals with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Jonathan practices from a person-centered foundation with primary theoretical orientation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing. Some of his personal interests are exploring, carpentry, woodworking, and the themes of perseverance, strength, and compassion in all forms of story-telling. Jonathan lives in Huntingdon with Kim and their children, Evelyn and Elijah, two cats, two birds, and a snake.
