Grace's Bio
Born and raised in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, Grace grew up around Juniata College and while looking for colleges in PA, decided to stay close to her family and take advantage of Juniata’s Communication and Peace and Conflict Studies courses. Grace found a home at Juniata in 2018 through her academics and extracurriculars including Ultimate Frisbee, Juniata Concert Choir and It’s On Us (IOU). During her four years at Juniata, she engaged in many campus events, spending time with peers, going to conferences, Interning at the local Domestic Violence shelter, and studying abroad at Lincoln University during her last semester at Juniata.
After graduating with an individualized degree in Cultural Violence and Media Studies in 2022, Grace worked as a waitress while looking for different careers within higher education. The opening for an Admission Counselor at Juniata was the perfect place to start her career path and to be surrounded again by friends and family. Grace hopes to encourage and showcase the unique and nurturing campus that Juniata is and help students find their home here. Juniata is a place that recognizes personal growth not just in the classroom, but through the opportunities both on and off campus, the friends you make, and the well-rounded education that prepares all of its students for the journey ahead.
Grace is a lover of anything outdoors, whether it be paddleboarding, hiking, or rock climbing. All activities are made better with the inclusion of friends and family. Her office door is always open to anyone for any questions, curiosities, worries, or excitements they want to share.
Grace works with students in Eastern Pennsylvania, as well as states in the Northeast, Midwest, and the West.
