Sandy joined the Glaeser Counseling Center in December 2025 as the Director of Counseling. Sandy is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and earned her degrees from Lock Haven University. Sandy has a master’s degree in Alternative Education and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Sandy has worked in the mental health field as a clinician and manager for over 20 years in the central PA region. Sandy has much experience working with various populations, diagnoses, and treatment modalities. Sandy is passionate about people and has a genuine desire to see others succeed. Sandy is kind, funny, and relatable and can be a calm presence during difficult situations. When not working, Sandy enjoys “glamping” and traveling with her family, playing the piano, listening to music, cooking, and reading.
