Veronica uses she/they pronouns and has been working at The Glaeser Center since 2021. She grew up in the Huntingdon area and is excited to have the opportunity to serve this community. Veronica is a Masters-level clinician who practices with a trauma-informed, person-centered foundation and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques for self-exploration, and motivational interviewing (MI). Veronica has worked as a crisis counselor and as a therapist and admissions clinician in an inpatient psychiatric setting. Reading is her favorite hobby but baking and photography are close seconds. Veronica often spends her weekends (and some week days too) following both American football and international futbol. Veronica is passionate about LGBTQ+ issues, as she and many of her closest loved ones identify as members of that community. She also collects art postcards for her office and is always open to suggestions!
